Joined the Ian Coley Team: 2016
Adam joined the company as a director in August 2016 on completion of the merger between Ian Coley Sporting and Roxton Bailey Robinson. He has spent 14 years with Roxtons and previously spent nine years working for Holland & Holland, both in London and New York. He was born and brought up in Hong Kong , schooled in the UK and is a graduate from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
He is passionate about the countryside, fishing, shooting and stalking. Adam travels extensively around the UK, within Europe and Southern Africa with shoot parties, and leads on our shooting trips in Spain and Africa. He has a wealth of experience of bird shooting around the world and has organised and hosted shooting parties on estates throughout the UK as well as in Spain, South Africa, Czech Republic, Hungary, Morocco, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uruguay, New Zealand and Argentina.

Joined the Ian Coley Team: 1980
A long standing member of the team, Simon has represented England at Olympic Trap several times, including being Captain of the side. He is now retired from International shooting, but still enjoys shooting Skeet, Sporting and DTL and collecting and shooting antique hammer guns. In his spare time Simon can be found working his Springer Spaniels, loading and picking up. He is also an avid Gloucester Rugby and Lions supporter.

Joined the Ian Coley Team: 2004
Matt first shot for England in 2012 at European Level DTL. He then moved on to shooting Olympic Trap and ABT, where in 2016 he won the English Open and British Open ABT, as well as a Bronze in the English Open Olympic Trap. Matt capped off a great year by being a part of the winning England Olympic Trap and ABT teams, and securing a place in the Great Britain Olympic Trap team for 2017. Matt has a strong passion for trap shooting and an in-depth knowledge of trap and sporting clay guns. He also arranges various factory visits to many gun manufacturers to help the client select bespoke shotguns.

Sue is a country girl and farmer’s daughter who started shooting at the age of 10. She has been in the gun and retail trade for many years now. A LANTRA qualified shotgun coach, Sue is currently Ladies Number 1 in Gloucestershire for the following shooting disciplines: FITASC, DTL, ABT, UT and OT.

Francis has been shooting prone rifles competitively since he was 12 and has shot for the County. Whilst he is a rifle specialist, he also has 10 years of shotgun experience. He studied game keeping at Hartpury and collects antique guns.

Alex takes most of the lovely images you will see on our website and in our marketing, as well as assisting with sales in the Gun Room. He also accompanies clients to document shoot days with the Ian Coley Sporting Agency. When Alex is not shooting behind the camera, he enjoys shooting DTL, Skeet and Sporting. He has a Level 3 Diploma in Photography.

Shaun  represented England at the DTL World Championships in New Zealand and returned with a Team Bronze Medal. A former English International and National Trap Shooter, he has won numerous County Championships at various disciplines as well as a Bronze Medal at the English Open Sporting Championships. Shaun is an AA class Sporting Shooter and LANTRA & APSI Qualified Coach & Gun Fitter.

Craig has been a keen shotgun shooter for 19 years, after starting out in the field with a .410 at the age of 7. He is a LANTRA & APSI Qualified Coach & Gun Fitter. A game shooter and rough shooter, he has spent many hours out in the fields – either on the peg or loading for fellow guns. Craig is also a great Rifle shot and often spends his days off practising his aim.

Former PE teacher Helen has been a Sporting shooter for over 12 years. She is now ably looking after the Front Desk and the administration of the Shooting School.

Joined the Ian Coley Team: 2016
Having had a keen interest in the countryside, Lizzie attended the Royal Agricultural College, graduating with a degree in Agriculture with a specialisation in Countryside Management. She then qualified as an APSI accredited instructor and LANTRA loader and worked as a freelance shooting instructor before joining the Ian Coley team. Lizzie now heads up the organisation of corporate events at the Shooting School.

James grew up on a farm where he was involved with shooting from a young age. For the last ten years he has taken a keen interest in both sporting clays and game shooting, and is also a regular rifle shot. James is a LANTRA qualified shotgun coach.

Andrew discovered his passion for groundskeeping whilst working in Australia at Ellerston and Kia Ora – two well known equine properties in the Hunter Valley, NSW. He returned to the UK in 2012 where he worked in hospitality before joining the Ian Coley team.

Joined the Ian Coley Team: 2011 
Edward joined Ian Coley Sporting in 2011, after 3 years at JM Osborne & Co acting as assistant agent to Mark Osborne. Edward completed a Rural Land Management degree at Harper Adams University in 2008. A farmers son from Warwickshire he has always been involved in shooting from a young age and still runs a successful private shoot at home with his brother Hugh. Edward is the senior Sporting Agent and oversees UK Full Team lettings as well as the Bugatti Roving Syndicate.

George joined Ian Coley Sporting in 2015, after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Environmental Conservation and Heritage Management. Born and bred in Worcestershire, he is keen on all country sports and looks after most of the Roving Syndicate team days around the country, as well as all Argentina bookings.

Annwen joined Ian Coley Sporting in 2014 having spent 10 years running her own business in Australia and then the UK. A Cambridge University graduate, she also holds an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing Management. Annwen grew up in rural East Anglia, where she was first introduced to shooting.

Cherylle worked in the finance function of a diverse range of businesses before joining the team at Ian Coley Sporting, where she looks after all accounts and finances. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and also the Institute of Leadership & Management.
