Browning 825 - Key Features
Stock
- Interchangeable Recoil Pads:
- For added comfort, the Pro models include both 15mm and 25mm recoil pads, whilst all other models are fitted with the Inflex II recoil system. This feature not only provides customised comfort but also reduces felt recoil, allowing for a smoother shooting experience.
- Counterweight-Ready Stock:
- Designed to improve balance, the stock on the Browning 825 can accommodate counterweights. This feature enhances handling and control, perfect for shooters looking to fine-tune their setup.
- Adjustable Comb:
- The Pro Fit adjustable comb allows users to adjust the comb height, drop, and cast to achieve the best fit for improved accuracy.
Forend/Barrels
- Hammer Ejectors:
- Hammer ejectors offer a higher level of reliability than traditional spring-operated ejector systems.
- Back-Bored Barrels:
- Browning’s back-bored barrels increase shot speed and penetration, enhancing shot patterns and reducing recoil.
- Invector DS Chokes:
- Browning’s exclusive double-seal Invector DS chokes prevent residue buildup, ensuring easy removal and tightening for consistent performance.
Action/Receiver
- 10-Year Guaranteed Receiver:
- Built with a forged steel action frame, the Browning 825’s receiver is designed for durability. It features a wide, flat locking bolt for long-lasting performance.
- Chromed Barrels and Chambers:
- With chrome-plated barrels and chambers, the 825 resists rust and simplifies maintenance.
- Durable Hinge Pin:
- A large hinge pin contributes to the action’s rigidity and durability, enabling smooth opening and closing for seamless operation.
Design Enhancements
The updated 825 features the following new design elements for improved ergonomics and style:
- Safety Button
- Top Lever
- Receiver
- Barrel Wings
- Forearm Latch
In conclusion, the Browning 825 combines advanced design, reliable materials, and customisable features to meet the needs of all types of shooters. Whether you’re looking for precision, durability, or user-friendly features, the Browning 825 is built to deliver.
