Brand New to the Range: Discover the Revolutionary Perazzi MR57
The highly anticipated Perazzi MR57 has arrived, introducing a new era of performance, balance, and shooting precision for clay and game shooters alike.
Developed through years of engineering research, extensive range testing, and feedback from experienced shooters, the Perazzi MR57 shotgun represents one of the most significant new launches from the iconic Italian manufacturer in recent years.
Named in honour of Mauro and Roberta Perazzi, the MR57 celebrates the company’s heritage while embracing a modern, forward-thinking approach to shotgun design. Built upon Perazzi’s reputation for producing world-class competition shotguns, the MR57 delivers an exceptional shooting experience that combines innovation, craftsmanship, and unrivalled attention to detail.
What Makes the Perazzi MR57 Different?
Exceptional Balance for Superior Performance
One of the standout features of the Perazzi MR57 shotgun is its innovative rear-balanced design.
By redistributing weight towards the receiver, the gun achieves a remarkably fluid swing and improved target acquisition. The lower centre of gravity promotes smoother movement and enhances the shooter’s ability to stay on line, whether competing in Sporting, Trap, Skeet, or high bird disciplines.
This refined balance helps reduce fatigue during long shooting sessions while allowing for faster target transitions and more controlled follow-through. For serious clay shooters, this translates into greater consistency and confidence under pressure.
Advanced Barrel Technology
The MR57 features barrels manufactured from Perazzi’s proprietary tri-alloy steel, produced entirely in-house. This specialist steel delivers exceptional strength, elasticity, and shot distribution performance.
Combined with the gun’s sophisticated balance characteristics, the barrel design contributes to cleaner target breaks and a more responsive shooting feel. Early reports also highlight a significant reduction in perceived recoil, allowing shooters to remain comfortable and focused even during high-volume shooting days.
Designed for Customisation
As expected from Perazzi, the Perazzi MR57 offers a high degree of personalisation.
Shooters can choose from a range of stock dimensions, adjustable options, engraving packages, and finishing details to create a shotgun tailored perfectly to their shooting style and physique. Whether you are a competitive shooter seeking absolute performance or an enthusiast looking for a premium bespoke shotgun, the MR57 can be configured to meet your requirements.
The Future of Competitive Shotguns
Since its introduction, the Perazzi MR57 has generated significant interest amongst shooters looking for the next evolution in shotgun performance. Combining decades of Perazzi expertise with modern engineering advancements, the MR57 is perfectly positioned to become a future favourite on shooting grounds across the UK and beyond.
For shooters searching for a premium competition shotgun that delivers outstanding balance, precision, and confidence on every stand, the Perazzi MR57 deserves serious consideration.
Why Choose the Perazzi MR57?
The Perazzi MR57 is not simply another over-and-under shotgun. It has been purpose-built to redefine the relationship between shooter and firearm.
Featuring a completely redesigned receiver, re-engineered barrels, and a unique balance configuration, the MR57 provides a more natural and intuitive shooting experience. Every element of the gun has been developed to improve control, confidence, and consistency, helping shooters stay connected to the target throughout the shot sequence.
Perazzi describes the MR57 as delivering “that specific feeling. Every single shot.” This philosophy is evident throughout the gun’s design, where functionality and performance take priority over purely cosmetic innovation.
